Think your the wiz at photo shop? got a creative eye? like to show your skills?
Have a go at designing a banner/logo for our forum an to fly high around the web.
Make as many designs as you like (please only post your best we dont want swarms of crap ) it will run for 2 weeks ending on the 15th of september. We`ll pick a few of the best and run a vote, the winner being our new Logo

To include our name & emblem in some hape or form

Ok, heres a quick one I did with the "I'm like this hero" text. It's could use some clean up, but gets the point across. I'll post more as I do em =P

We need some guidelines from the powers that be about what info you want in the banner, Official Logos, forum URL, etc. All stuff that can be added later on, but it'd be good to know for design layout and such.

That actually looks really nice, for something extra to add to it you could border the image or the text with our SG colours (once the voting period has ended) or just our logo with the SG colours, if anyone is interested in changing the SG logo to make it a grouped decision I'm all for that, seeing as it was a decision from the founding members and not a consensus from our members.

hey great job on the logos. personally i like the second one much better... and ya wanted to ask about the mispelled forum url myself. im stoked to be here but i thing Reckoingsg.. will be a definite detractor to people joining... i honestly thought it was a typo when ifirst saw it posted on sg chat.

By the way Daylater, you put a / where a . should be, doesn't matter though XD

BTW Daylater.. u rock.. i realize no one else has posted a logo yet, but i think youve been appointed, heh in my book anyways.. Me i will be submitting nothing,, unless you are all interested in a logo that resembles a stick figure, crudely drawn in the mud!

Those logo's are awesome i would try and make one but i wouldnt know where to start !

ok seriously im just fucking around with photoshop for the first time.. so.. my vote goes to Daylater ..alll the way.... but if we were making a billboard on a super highway for the lost vagabond superhero..

Things like this make me glad I thought of an SG that Saturday in head start.

okay... so I tried my best... i can't figure out how to do cool lettering...

nicely done... there are a bunch of freet text lettering sights. to make cool lettering. u can then just cut and paste em into your photo. mine were made using cooltext.com
